The hand-dug sweet baby carrots are here! So irresistible! We started these beauties in our high-tunnel greenhouses in March, hence the miracle of fresh carrots already! We also have gorgeous beets (with fresh greens) available now. Same deal… grown in the greenhouses. The other items just aren’t quite as exciting as the baby carrots. 🙂 (sorry kale, napa cabbage, and asparagus)
